Responsibilities

  • Provide hands on legal support to different departments (property sales - consent

  • and non-consent schemes, leasing and property management businesses) on

  • property-related operational issues (e.g. early termination, abscondment, distraint,

  • re-possession)

  • Draft and review tenancy and licence agreements and legal documents

  • Advise and handle property and tenancy disputes

  • With the support of external counsels, handle acquisition and disposal of

  • properties, including first-hand sale and secondary market transactions

  • Keep management updated on the changes in property laws and regulatory regime

 

Requirements

  • At least 8 years PQEs in Hong Kong

  • Solid law firm training and working experience on practicing HK property laws

  • First-hand sales experience is a must

  • In-house experience is preferred

  • Good drafting skills, analytical power and business acumen

  • Able to work independently and a team player

  • Possess a can-do attitude and an agile mindset

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
