Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide full spectrum of administrative support to Retail and Office Leasing team, including but not limited to prepare leasing and tenancy documents, rental stamping works, rent collection and legal related forms
• Ensure the data in billing system is up-to-date and correct
• Ensure the operations of the team is effective and efficient, and meet the target timeline
• Support the team to manage daily leasing inquiries and a smooth coordinate with property management services team on tenants' request
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 8 years of prpoerty leasing experience with 2 years supervisory experience
• Detailed minded with good organization skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to experience to deal with internal & external customers
• Good proficiency in Chinese and English. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
