Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and enhancement of IT application projects across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
- Act as the Product Manager for assigned applications, owning the product roadmap, managing requirements, and driving continuous improvement to enhance business processes and workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify business needs, user pain points, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Conduct system analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, training, and documentation.
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, budgets, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare product requirements, solution proposals, and user documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend IT solutions and vendors, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, and drive ongoing enhancements.
- Occasional travel to Mainland China.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application implementation and project delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in product and/or project management, including product planning, requirements management, and solution delivery.
- Strong experience in business process improvement, workflow optimization, and digital transformation.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), ERP, Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT platforms, mobile applications, or data analytics solutions.
- Exposure to PropTech, smart building technologies, AI, IoT, and digital customer engagement solutions is preferred.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, system integration, and cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
