This role focuses on executing leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, and maximizing occupancy and rental income while maintaining a strong market presence in a competitive office sector.
Leasing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with asset management objectives
- Achieve occupancy and rental income targets for assigned office portfolio
- Conduct market research to recommend positioning, tenant mix, and pricing strategies
- Monitor market trends, supply pipeline, and competitor activities in Hong Kong office market
Tenant Acquisition & Negotiation
- Identify and target prospective tenants through direct outreach and broker relationships
- Handle lease negotiations and structure deals to optimize long-term asset value and income stability
- Prepare leasing proposals and business cases
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with property management services and technical team on leasing matters
Tenant Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to support retention and renewals
- Manage lease expiry schedules and proactively drive renewal negotiations
- Handle tenant feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance tenant experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in office leasing / commercial real estate in Hong Kong
- Proven track record in leasing office buildings (landlord side preferred)
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong leasing practices, tenancy agreements, and market dynamics
