Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly review the ISO45001 system for all operating properties in Hong Kong
- Carry out internal property safety audits on a regular basis
- Identify hazards and assess risks to health and safety in daily operations
- Coordinate safety controls and accident preventive measures for all operating properties in Hong Kong
- Carry out investigation and analysis to any work injuries and incidents/ accidents
- Produce and disseminate health and safety promotion and training materials
- Conduct related training for company employees
- Serve as the Secretary of the departmental Occupational Health & Safety Management Committee.
- Participate in planning and implementing health and safety strategies of the company. Prepare, implement, and report all health and safety-related training and promotion activities to Senior Management as a Member of the corporate’s Health and Safety Subcommittee
- Provide expertise and guidance in safety management for identified safety issues and innovations across the business
- Participate in projects and tasks as directed by the supervisor(s)
Requirements
- Degree holder in occupational health and safety or any related discipline
- Registered Safety Officer (RSO) with at least 8 years of post-registration experience, preferably with experience in property management/ corporate safety management
- Possess ISO45001 internal auditor certificate, familiar with ISO auditing system
- Possess strong analytical, customer-oriented, excellent communication and people management skill
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
