Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Wellbeing

  • Support the design, logistics and implementation of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including staff activities, annual dinner, recognition events, and wellness programs.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing engagement touchpoints that promote employee connection and wellbeing.
  • Collect feedback and assist in analyzing the effectiveness of engagement and wellbeing programs, preparing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the relevant development of communication materials such as presentations, email communications, and social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g. video production, event partners) to ensure timely and quality delivery of communication initiatives.

Employee Engagement Survey Support

  • Provide operational support for employee engagement surveys, including survey logistics, communication rollout, data consolidation and analysis, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate post-survey follow-up actions, workshops, and communications with HR and business stakeholders.

Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)

  • Support the strategic planning and delivery of D&I initiatives, awareness campaigns, and employee activities aligned with the company’s D&I strategy.
  • Develop communication and engagement materials to promote inclusive behaviors and culture across the organization.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to support D&I events.

EVP Relaunch, Promotion Campaigns & Related Activities

  • Support EVP relaunch initiatives and promotion campaigns, including content creation and coordination for corporate LinkedIn and internal platforms.
  • Manage content calendars, engagement tracking, and coordination with marketing or agencies as required.

Stakeholder & Administrative Support

  • Work closely with colleagues in HR, Corporate Communications, Sustainability functions, business units, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Assist in reporting (e.g. Enterprise Risk Management Report, Sustainability Report), budget tracking, vendor management, and documentation.

 

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR programs, or employer branding, preferably in a corporate or regional organization. 
  • Less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager.
  • Experience supporting large-scale events or organization-wide initiatives is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail in content development and employee communication materials.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic analytics related to engagement surveys or campaigns.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with HR systems or digital communication platforms is a plus.
  • A collaborative team player with a hands-on, proactive, and positive attitude.
