Responsibilities:

 

  1. Deliver premium VIP experiences, including welcoming and hosting distinguished guests upon arrival at the shopping mall.
  2. Manage and maintain high-end VIP relationships through personalized and bespoke communication, such as exclusive promotions, birthday and anniversary acknowledgements.
  3. Act as a personal advisor to VIP clients, providing services such as private shopping tours, pre-sale arrangements, brand and product recommendations, and exclusive dining or entertainment events.
  4. Provide personalized mall services, including courier services, restaurant reservations, and other customized requests.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of VIP clients’ preferences and needs, enhancing customer loyalty and driving mall revenue through tailored services and relationship management.
  6. Increase purchase frequency and spending levels among high-tier members.
  7. Expand both the number and membership tier of high-end/VIP members.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with mall tenants to secure positive feedback and support.

 

Qualifications:

 

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Approximately five years of experience managing VIP clients for luxury brands or premium retail.
  3. Fluent in English.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of luxury brands.
  5. Excellent verbal communication skills, professional appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational abilities.
