Responsibilities: 

1) HR Service Delivery - HR Transaction Handling

• Execute day-to-day HR transactions including onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, benefits administration, and other HR services in accordance with SOPs.
• Provide timely and accurate support to employees and HR teams, ensuring positive and professional service experience.

2) Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation and records for all HR transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in audits and reporting by providing accurate and organized data.

3) System & Process Support

• Utilize HRIS and digital tools to perform HR tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational challenges and suggesting enhancements.

Requirements:

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in human resources management or business administration, or related fields
• 3 years of solid experience in Human Resources, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Experience in HR administration for Security Personnel / Frontline employment will be an advantage but not essential  
• Strong service-oriented mindset and attention to details
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel & Word)
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
