Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services installations in assigned portfolios
- Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works
- Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors
- Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Assist in budget control
Requirements
- Degree / higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
or Building Services Engineering equivalent - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building services / property / facilities maintenance
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and mature, able to work in a diverse environment
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, etc.
