- Responsible for the consolidation, classification, preliminary review, circulation, and management of contracts, expense approvals, project proposals, and other documents submitted to the General Manager for approval.
- Responsible for collecting, consolidating, and preparing data and reports for group-related meetings.
- Responsible for organizing meetings, taking minutes, following up on action items and decisions, and maintaining proper records and archives.
- Responsible for liaising with government authorities, international associations, and business partners, and following up on related matters and activities.
- Responsible for communication and coordination between the Group and various company departments.
- Responsible for arranging the General Manager’s daily meetings, business schedules, travel plans, and other work-related itineraries.
- Complete other tasks and assignments as delegated by management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in English, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
