1. Responsible for liaising, communicating with, and receiving clients.
2. Responsible for inviting and negotiating with target brands; preparing customer recommendation forms, leasing confirmation letters, lease contracts, agreements, and other related documentation; drafting various types of correspondence.
3. Follow up and coordinate matters related to new tenants’ move-in, fit-out, and opening phases, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
4. Responsible for tracking tenant payments and outstanding receivables.
5. Complete tenant operation evaluation forms; follow up on tenant exit procedures; coordinate matters related to tenants’ secondary renovations.
6. Coordinate with relevant departments to handle store renovation, refurbishment, and modification matters.
7. Organize and maintain records of prospective clients, tenants, and related documentation; manage brand resources.
8. Coordinate with internal departments on all tenant-related matters involved in store operation.
9. Conduct regular market research; prepare market research and analysis reports; perform in-depth analysis of market trends of key categories and anchor brands; complete monthly and annual market analysis reports.
10. Regularly evaluate and analyze tenant operating performance; prepare monthly and annual sales analysis reports.
11. Prepare, verify, and revise shop leasing planning schedules.
12. Assist supervisors in completing the annual leasing plan and annual leasing summary.
13. Assist supervisors with shopping mall leasing and tenant mix planning.
14. Follow up on specific leasing-related procedures and provide constructive suggestions for process optimization.
15. Assist supervisors in the management of the leasing/merchandising team, including training, guidance, and motivation.
16. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
