Responsibilities:

 

  1. Understand and comply with company standards, policies, and work requirements. Perform security duties within the assigned area under the guidance of supervisors to ensure the safety of property, merchandise, assets, as well as Guests, Tenants, and staff. Strive to deliver high-quality security services to Guests and Tenants;
  2. Monitor on-site security conditions within the assigned area to prevent and deter criminal activities. Provide timely assistance to Guests and Tenants, and continuously maintain a high standard of security service. Report any incident or abnormal situation immediately to supervisors for prompt follow-up;
  3. Be fully familiar with all operational procedures and take appropriate actions according to established protocols during emergencies, ensuring Guests and Tenants receive immediate support and assistance;
  4. Accurately record, report, and follow up on all security-related incidents in a timely and proper manner;
  5. Report, coordinate, follow up, and handle maintenance requests and violations. Work closely with frontline colleagues from other departments within the Property Management Services team to ensure maintenance issues are resolved smoothly, minimizing inconvenience and impact on Guests and Tenants;
  6. Proactively establish and maintain positive relationships with Guests and Tenants. Handle customer complaints professionally and collaborate with other departments when necessary to resolve issues efficiently. Actively listen to feedback, record incidents, and ensure proper follow-up actions are taken;
  7. Participate in crowd management operations, emergency response drills, and related activities, ensuring full familiarity with relevant procedures;
  8. Take part in training programs to enhance knowledge of service standards and daily operational procedures;
  9. Perform duties properly at designated security posts, maintaining order while providing high-quality security services and support to Guests and Tenants. Maintain professionalism at all times and work collaboratively with colleagues from other departments to create a safe and comfortable environment;
  10. Stay informed of the latest operational updates of the property to execute duties efficiently. Proactively seek guidance from supervisors when issues arise and work together to resolve problems;
  11. Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in hotels, large shopping malls, office buildings, high-end clubs, or department stores;
  2. Possession of a Level 4 Fire Facilities Operator Certificate (消防设施操作员四级证书);
  3. Solid knowledge of security services and fire safety procedures;
  4. Strong emergency handling skills, adaptability, and a positive mindset;
  5. Clear understanding of high-quality service standards;
  6. High level of alertness, strong observation skills, and a strong sense of teamwork;
  7. Positive, enthusiastic work attitude with good personal integrity and professionalism.
