Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly consolidation and analysis schedules
- Coordinate with auditors and various parties to facilitate interim and annual audits of the listed groups and subsidiaries, results announcements and interim/annual reports preparation
- Analyze new Accounting Standards and its impact to the Company
- Support on sustainability and ESG related reporting
- Work on ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and member of HKICPA or equivalent
- 5 - 7 years of experience in accounting firms or Finance department of commercial firms
- Solid knowledge on accounting standards
- Possessing knowledge in hedge accounting will be an advantage
- Experienced in financial and management reporting, and group consolidation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Be proactive, detail-minded, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Familiar with Oracle and immediate available are highly preferred
