Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidation and analysis schedules
• Coordinate with auditors and various parties to facilitate interim and annual audits of the listed groups and subsidiaries, results announcements and interim/annual reports preparation
• Support Budget / Forecast preparation
• Participate in the implementation of AI-enabled tools and automation solutions within finance reporting processes
• Support on sustainability and ESG related reporting
• Work on ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and member of HKICPA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting firms or Finance department of commercial firms
• Experienced in financial and management reporting, and group consolidation
• Possessing knowledge in PRC accounting and taxation will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Be proactive, detail-minded, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong in written English and Chinese, verbal English is required
• Familiar with Oracle and immediate available are highly preferred
