岗位职责：
1.负责商户装修图纸审核工作（含平立效、暖通、给排水、强弱电、装饰）；
2.负责商户工程条件复核与营业期业态调整过程中的工程条件改造；
3.负责商户的装修管理（包括商户交付、施工交底、装修巡查、装修安全规范、装修隐蔽工程与竣工验收等）；
4.负责二装商户档案建立、管理、改造等各类记录归档；
5.配合其它班组及公司其它部门的相关工作 ；
6.不断提高专业技术水平和服务质量；
7.完成上级交办的临时任务。
任职要求：
1.技校或以上学历；
2.三年以上相关工作经验；以及有一定的CAD操作基础，能够根据其它部门需求绘制CAD图纸；
3.能独立处理专业技术范围内的突发事件。
