Responsibilities:

• Responsible for regular and efficient tenant database maintenance, mapping and enhancement, and work closely with Business Operation teams for data cleansing and consolidation
• Assist Team Manager to oversee execution of data management and analytics by working with IT department and other data analytics teams in system enhancement projects to develop new business intelligence and analysis tools for business users   
• Assist Team Manager to collect and share industry, competitors and customer insights to Headquarter and Business Operation teams to drive data-driven decision making and strategic planning
• Prepare timely and accurate business updates and presentation materials for management
• Handle new projects and other ad-hoc market research as assigned 

Requirements:

• Degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years of solid experience in business planning, strategy planning or real estate/retail industry
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication and analytical skills
• Well organized, attention to details, proactive and with an open-to-change mindset
• Be able to handle assigned tasks independently and under minimal supervision
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in computer applications including Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, Oracle, and other Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the role of Senior Business Analyst – Business Support
