Responsibilities: 

Process and Workflow Improvement  

  • Assist team manager to implement process and workflow enhancement initiatives and track results 

  • Transform work files to enable standardization, automation and better control 

  • Identify system gaps and areas to automate to minimize manual work and human error 

  • Participate in system enhancement project and UAT to communicate business user requirements to Technology and Digital team    

  • Regularly conduct training and communicate with users on the latest system and workflow changes 

  • Strive for continuous improvements by exploring the latest available technology    

 

Data Analysis and Integration 

  • Design and develop new tools for timely and accurate data tabulation and reporting 

  • Understand business process and KPI calculations, able to translate them into data logic and data structure improvements 

  • Work closely with Business Operations, Finance and Technology and Digital team to cross check and ensure data quality 

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and planning projects  

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Information System or Business-related disciplines  

  • At least 5 years of solid experience in process improvement, project management and business planning, preferably in real estate or retail industry 

  • Tech savvy, logical and attentive to details 

  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills 

  • A good team player with an open-to-change mindset 

  • Proficient in computer applications including Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce, Oracle, and other Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
