Responsibilities:
Process and Workflow Improvement
-
Assist team manager to implement process and workflow enhancement initiatives and track results
-
Transform work files to enable standardization, automation and better control
-
Identify system gaps and areas to automate to minimize manual work and human error
-
Participate in system enhancement project and UAT to communicate business user requirements to Technology and Digital team

Regularly conduct training and communicate with users on the latest system and workflow changes
-
Strive for continuous improvements by exploring the latest available technology
Data Analysis and Integration
-
Design and develop new tools for timely and accurate data tabulation and reporting
-
Understand business process and KPI calculations, able to translate them into data logic and data structure improvements

Work closely with Business Operations, Finance and Technology and Digital team to cross check and ensure data quality

Assist in budgeting, forecasting and planning projects
Requirements:
-
Degree in Information System or Business-related disciplines
-
At least 5 years of solid experience in process improvement, project management and business planning, preferably in real estate or retail industry

Tech savvy, logical and attentive to details

Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills
-
A good team player with an open-to-change mindset

Proficient in computer applications including Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce, Oracle, and other Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
