Responsibilities

• Partner with supervisors and collaborate with business lines, operations, and corporate functions to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Maintain and update financial models and reports, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and relevance for business decision-making
• Analyze historical performance against budgets and forecasts, performing variance analysis to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities
• Evaluate business segment performance, identifying growth drivers and areas for enhancement across portfolios
• Support forward-looking analysis and business case evaluation for strategic initiatives
• Assist in preparing senior management and board-level materials, translating financial insights into clear and impactful presentations
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory within accounting firms or sizable commercial organizations
• Experience in business or management consulting and advisory is an advantage
• Strong business acumen with sound judgment and a proactive, analytical mindset
• Proficiency in Excel, data management tools, and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
