Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute integrated communication strategies that reflect the Company's vision and strategic goals, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand positioning across all channels.
• Collaborate with various teams within the Company to create world-class and compelling communications.
• Lead corporate identity applications across regional projects, ensuring the quality of brand communications and conduct bi-annual audits to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage corporate brand hierarchy, brand assets, and develop branding materials, including but not limited to advertisements, e-brochures, corporate videos, presentations, publications and content, premium items etc. and to create and maintain brand exposures and visibility in the regional portfolio.
• Oversee digital and social media marketing including platforms such as corporate website, LinkedIn, WeChat and other new digital and social platforms, on-premise screens, multimedia libraries etc. with bi-annual channel audit.
• Lead and coach the Corporate Communications team, managing communication agency partners, and allocating resources effectively.
• Manage performance and maximize results for key corporate initiatives. Maintain and monitor Brand dashboard for periodic review of performance.
• Manage annual budget and reforecasts of Brand Team, and monitor quality and cost effectiveness of consultants, agencies, vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with HR and various departments on communications planning and program development.
• Lead editorial planning, content creation, and production of internal publications and newsletters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Creative and Designs or related fields, and multi-disciplinary skills will be an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of corporate communications experience in sizable, listed companies, multinationals, or agencies, including 8+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, with excellent multitasking and project management abilities under pressure.
• Superior coaching, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive, creative, and responsive, with strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
