Responsibilities

• Responsible for tender and cost management of sizable mixed-use property development projects in the Mainland, including cost estimation and budget control / tender and contract administration / technical audit etc. with particular emphasis in building services and E&M works
• Liaise and collaborate with relevant parties for implementation quality management system, monitor the project construction quality and code/contract compliance, and performance of Contractors and Consultants
• Conduct periodic quality surveillance / random check on site to gear up the system to meet the quality requirement

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services or relevant discipline with professional qualifications
• Minimum 15 years of E&M experience of which at least 5 years must be in a senior management capacity in large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development, preferably in the Mainland
• Working experience with Developer would be a merit 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
• Based in Hong Kong and frequent travel is required
