Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing horticulture operations across multiple projects, including quality control and standardization management.
• Analyze FMS data, develop monthly improvement plans, and report findings to senior management.
• Review monthly progress of optimization items for each project, develop actionable solutions, and supervise implementation.
• Conduct annual reviews of all horticulture-related project documents to ensure alignment with group policies and standards.
• Manage the tendering process, contract review, evaluation procedures, and conduct monthly performance assessments of suppliers.
• Monitor work order classification, inspection logic, and system utilization effectiveness.
• Perform weekly site inspections, identify issues, develop improvement measures, and oversee execution.
• Work with management, FM teams, Legal, Design, and Engineering departments to drive standardization across projects.
• Establish horticulture databases and technical standards, and provide professional training to team members.

Requirements:

• Degree or background in horticulture, landscaping, or related fields preferred
• 10 years of experience in horticulture management, facilities management, or related industries
• Experience supervising vendors, managing multiple projects, or coordinating cross-functional work is an advantage
• Proficient in report writing, data analysis, and tender processes
• Proactive, well-organized, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
