We are currently seeking a self-driven and motivated high-caliber professional who will be responsible for managing both information technology (“IT”) as well as operational audits across various businesses within the Group.
Responsibilities

Support in preparing annual audit plan and formulating audit strategies for both operational and IT audits

Plan and deploy internal audit resources to ensure that audits are completed on time and on budget, keeping all stakeholders regularly updated on progress

Provide objective assurance and independent review on the adequacy and effectiveness of the risk management and internal control systems, including IT related controls

Review documents, including audit reports, and supervise team members to ensure the quality of audit engagements

Communicate issues with effective recommendations and solutions to management

Motivate, coach and develop audit staff to raise their proficiency in internal audits

Oversee ad-hoc and special projects
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree holder (Finance and Accounting, IT or related discipline)

Professional qualification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Minimum 10 to 12 years of internal auditing or related experience at sizeable companies or audit firms, with excellent knowledge of information system as well as operational auditing and hands-on experience in leading and managing complex audits

Solid knowledge of the latest trends and technology, and best practices in IT audit

Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills

Strong business / commercial sense and ability to drive different collaborations across amongst stakeholders

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua
-
A good team player, proactive and be able to work independently

Able to work under pressure

Occasional travel to the Mainland is required (40%)
