Job Summary 基本目标
- 负责恒隆地产内地物业销售及内地写字楼业务项目营销、策划及市场推广的工作,包括年度计划、执行和统筹。
Job Duties (Included but not limited to the following duties) 工作职责 (包括但不限于以下工作)
- 根据恒隆地产内地物业销售及内地写字楼业务各项目在属地的经营情况,制定符合项目经营需求的年度市场推广和活动计划;
- 建立恒隆府产品线及办公楼的VI体系,提升口碑及影响力,提高推广工作效率,助力集团的品牌口碑;
- 梳理和统一内地物业销售及写字楼推广物资物料的标准与VI使用标准,把控各渠道的宣传文案、图片和视频质量;
- 项目核心故事线策划的管理、优质合作资源拓展及优质媒介资源维护;
- 营销推广风险把控及费效分析,建立并提高策划专业水平;
- 发掘多业态资源的异业资源联动机会,提升品牌能级及建设客户偏好;
- 建立市场系统,月度、季度及年度梳理市场信息解读及市场趋势预判,辅助决策;
- 统筹内地物业销售和写字楼业务各项目全年的市场推广费用的计划,监督费用的节点进度,负责集采供应商的招投标;
- 全面理解和融入恒隆现有宣发的要求,与集团传讯,顾客业务等部门紧密合作,信息拉通,确保所有市场策划宣传内容符合公司的合规、品质、风格要求;
- 全面把控各项目计划内例行活动和专场活动的执行按节点完成,确保落地宣传的及时性和准确性;
- 统筹战略客户的专项年底/专题/节庆伴手礼的设计选择及发放监管,确保核心客户的忠诚度有所提升;
- 完成上级交办的其它工作。

基本要求
- Education: Preferably a Master or at least a Bachelor degree holder in marketing, statistics, engineering or related business discipline preferable
- Work Experience: At least 12 years of solid experience in marketing
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Detail-oriented, highly result-oriented, able to multitask, work and manage project independently,
- Experience with high-end property sales highly preferred,
- Experience handling HNWI consumers is a plus,
- Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Strong in excel, comfortable working with data
