Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing review of the project, including exhibition preparation, related programs, and public engagement initiatives.
• Drive the execution of project plans and oversee all phases of implementation to ensure alignment with agreed objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate project partners and other stakeholders, and facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with internal divisions and external stakeholders in Hong Kong and beyond to ensure effective coordination and delivery of all project components.
• Monitor project performance and prepare progress updates, reports and recommendations for management review and decision-making.
• Identify and assess risks to project delivery, develop appropriate mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with relevant governance, contractual and operational requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Undertake other project related assignments or initiatives as assigned by the project director.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines. Background in Arts, History, Cultural Studies, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong interest in Chinese history, art, and culture.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proven project management and organizational skills, with experience in budgeting, project reporting, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High EQ with strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is ideal.
