Job Summary
- This position will play a pivotal role in elevating all trade categories within the Hang Lung portfolio.
- High impact work scope with strong internal visibility.
- Opportunity to develop a strategy, framework and execution plan across Hang Lung projects and regions.
Job Duties
1. Centrally lead and develop relationships for the Hang Lung portfolio covering Mainland China and Hong Kong.
2. Establish and deliver trade category strategy and frameworks.
3. Develop and drive key strategic initiatives and programs within Retail and Leasing.
4. Coordinate and lead colleagues as suitable in all the leasing activities including tenant mix management.
5. Deliver reports and analysis as required on the development of key tenants, the tenant mix and the business performance across all trade categories
6. Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s key account and contacts database system by working with the leasing teams and IT function
7. Manage existing and new key accounts for the Group while maintaining business relationships
Requirements:
- Education:Preferably a Master or at least a Bachelor degree.
- Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with proven record in marketing, business development and key account sales management
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of commercial leasing business development and retail marketing an advantage.
- Strong business mindset, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, multi-tasking and able to prioritize work under tight schedules.
- Fluency and excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
