Job Summary:

• Owner of the Digital Brand and communication strategy for HLG Retail organization
• Own traditional Public Relations & Comms with key media partners (Consumer facing; non corporate)

Job Duties (Included but not limited to the following duties):

• Formulate digital brand/marketing, platform and editorial content strategy for the group
• Own group digital guidelines and to ensure the style and tone & manner of all HL social media postings are in line with the brand personality of each project
• Review, advise and manage digital agencies & vendors selection
• Provide guidance in O2O programs implementation
• Own metrics, KPI and relevant reporting tool management for Retail team’s digital ecosystem
• Management & operation of Central led Digital platform accounts
• Media relations management and communications strategy
