Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies and market research to evaluate investment opportunities and development potential
  • Support property acquisition processes, including site assessments, due diligence, and financial analysis
  • Assess and implement Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) to maximize the value and performance of the Group’s property portfolio
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants on layout planning, tenant fit-out, refurbishment, and revamping works, particularly for retail leasing projects
  • Manage land administration matters, including lease modifications, land exchanges, and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Liaise with government authorities, external consultants, and other stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policies to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Prepare and present valuation reports, investment proposals, and strategic plans to senior management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in property acquisition, asset management, or retail leasing experiences
  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong property market, land policies, and development regulations
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong property law, including land titles, lease conditions, and development control
  • Experience in retail leasing coordination and tenant management is highly desirable
  • Professional qualifications such as MHKIS (General Practice) or MRICS are preferred
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for Officer-level positions
