Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct project feasibility studies, make presentations and recommendations on investment potentials for development projects
• Conduct real estate valuations and appraisals of development options and assess their relative financial risk
• Support in evaluating Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) proposal for the Group’s existing property portfolio as well as potential acquisition
• Conduct research on geographical regions, industry players, and government policies
• Act as key liaison with external parties

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or a related discipline with relevant professional qualifications
• 5 years of relevant experience in sizable developer or consultancy
• Knowledgeable on Hong Kong property market with good business sense.Conversant with laws and practices in property development in Hong Kong,Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are essentialGood command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
