Job responsibilities:

This role is responsible for end-to-end procurement activities including, but not limited to, sourcing, supplier due-diligence, solicitations, negotiations, award, goods/services delivery of assigned categories, delivering professional and efficient procurement services to business users.
Upholding the core values of Central Procurement of ‘integrity’, ‘accountability’, ‘value-for-money purchase’ and ensure open and fair bidding.
Build and foster good relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives, and roadmaps, in additional supplier relationships.
Provide advice to contract owners to support the resolution of issues and any post-contract disputes, working collaboratively and seeking appropriate legal guidance where required.
Actively support the roll-out of standard group systems, processes, best practices and reporting across the organization as required.
To lead and manage strategic group procurement initiatives as assigned.

Job requirements:

University graduated in Business or equivalent plus relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience at a sizable organization.
Experience in managing complex sourcing projects is a benefit.
Knowledge of procurement policies & procedures, tendering and contract management.
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Experience with eProcurement tools will be advantageous.
