Senior Officer - Data Analytics
Job Description -
You will be working with various stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced environment. As part of the Group functions, focusing on Hang Lung Mall CRM and Digital Analytics, you will help to build data models, ETL process and dashboards for different local teams or other group functional teams. The job holder can participate in various kinds of data analytics and models including but not limited to CDP, CRM/ loyalty program and digital/app analytics.
Responsibilities -
- To develop and maintain dashboards to support data-driven decision at group levels, work across multiple teams to communicate and understand the local data needs to design and enhance dashboard to provide insights.
- To execute data transformation, data cleansing and validations, work internally with T&D team members and externally with vendors on the ETL process, participate in the data model design process and debug data issues.
- To solve data problems and able to provide sight for dashboard users.
- Present and provide training to the users how to use and interpret the dashboard
- Perform other ad-hoc data duties as required
Requirements -
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Statistics / Information Technology/ Business Administration or other related fields
- 2+ years of experience as analyst or relevant data role in FMCG/ retail/ property industries
- Advanced knowledge in Tableau is a must
- Solid experience in SQL and relational database and handling large volume of data
- Experience in building ETL processes and data structures (Alteryx preferred)
- Preference given to candidates with Salesforce CDP and ADF experience
- Project and vendor management experience is preferred
- Be proactive to add value from data, learn about new tools, good time management and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
