Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager in planning, preparing, and implementing the Facility Management System(FMS) for day-to-day building operations.
  • Support the new FMS rollout implementation.
  • Review and analyze data from various systems for team leads to implement operational process transformations, improve customer experience, and enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with users for data cleansing, data conversion, and regular system audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Participate in FMS design and user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain a full and up-to-date understanding of current business practices and system capabilities.
  • Provide first-line support for the property management system and coordinate with stakeholders to address outstanding issues/items.
  • Compile and maintain centrally controlled inventory coding.
  • Generate routine analytical reports.
  • Assist in drafting procedures and manuals.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Computer Science, Business Process Analysis, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in facility management is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, able to multitask, and prioritize work under tight schedules.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with FM systems and BIM systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL and API will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a definite advantage.
