Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for leasing and marketing activities of our properties
  • Manage key tenants relationship for the property portfolio
  • Conduct market research, data analysis and reports compilation
  • Review and maintain the tenants’ database
  • Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
  • Coordinate with Finance department on budgeting, rental forecast, and credit control matters
  • Coordinate with Service Delivery team to ensure provision of high standard of tenancy service

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of leasing experience, preferably gained from developers
  • Strong market sense with analytical thinking
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
