Responsibilities
- Responsible for leasing and marketing activities of our properties
- Manage key tenants relationship for the property portfolio
- Conduct market research, data analysis and reports compilation
- Review and maintain the tenants’ database
- Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
- Coordinate with Finance department on budgeting, rental forecast, and credit control matters
- Coordinate with Service Delivery team to ensure provision of high standard of tenancy service
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of leasing experience, preferably gained from developers
- Strong market sense with analytical thinking
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
