Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all assigned CRM marketing and loyalty campaigns.
- To assist in planning and implementation of marketing activities integrating with CRM program to achieve marketing goals
- Execute promotional campaigns independently according to CRM plan, coordinate communications with various channels
- To support the development, implementation and content management of a loyalty program and app enhancements
- To plan for always-on CRM communication, maximizing the usage of own communication channels, with content development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for system setting, in both campaign basics and communication plan.
- To monitor the program, generate and consolidate performance reports with analysis and insights regularly
- To support the Marketing Manager to drive campaign efficiency and conduct evaluation for programs effectiveness
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
- Lead and growth sub-ordinate on task assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, e-Commerce, IT or related Business Administration discipline
- 4-5 years or above work experience in CRM program
- Understanding on app of loyalty program / retail marketing / shopping mall
- Knowledge in CRM software such as Salesforce and marketing cloud will be privileged
- Strong database management skill and programming skill
- Self-motivated, Creative, analytical, dynamic and a good team player
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
