Responsibilities:

Being part of the Operations Team in delivering various treasury operations and administrative matters, including:

 

  • Provide administrative support to Treasury team, including office duties, document management, courier coordination, etc.
  • Prepare bank meeting reports and maintain internal records (such as HK and mainland China relationship banks)
  • Support cash management including preparation of approval sheets and TMS records
  • Assist in collecting market information such as deposit interest rates, credit ratings and various research reports
  • Support in managing bank account operations such as documentations and TMS updates

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related discipline
  • 5 years of Treasury, Finance or Accounting work experience in sizable company
  • Self-motivated team player and attentive to details
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
