Senior Officer
Job Summary:
Drive Hang Lung’s digital innovation by identifying, developing, and scaling cutting-edge digital solutions. This role combines digital expertise with innovation management to transform business processes, customer experiences, and operational models through emerging technologies.
Job Duties (Included but not limited to the following duties) :
1. Innovative Project Management & Governance
- Support and help implement digital innovation projects including customer innovation, marketing automation nd the ecosystem between mall and tenant
- Coordinate with business teams and external vendors as a liaison for gathering the business needs and feedback collection
- Oversee the project functionality, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with vendors for technical support.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external innovation partners
2. Project Coordination & Internal Processes
- Assist in user training and create documentation (guides, FAQs) to improve innovation adoption.
- Document innovation request processes, workflows, and SOP for internal teams.
3. Compliance & Contract Management
- Ensure innovation projects adheres to company policies, data security policies, and contractual obligations with third-party vendors.
- Assist in evaluating and onboarding new requests on features/tools/extensions, including contract reviews with legal/procurement team.
