1.    Ensure the secure and stable operation of the company’s daily office systems, as well as all related systems for the company’s shopping mall and office building property management. The IT Service Catalog includes (but is not limited to): office systems, end-user computers, information and document management, leasing and property management systems, email, IP phones, video and communication systems, network systems, portal website services, information security systems, server operations, user account configuration, etc.
2.    Use tools designated by headquarters to record and report the work status of the local IT team, and continuously improve the team’s efficiency through scientific methods.
3.    When required, provide relevant technical support and business consulting to the group’s remote subsidiaries and other internal business departments, and provide on-site guidance when necessary.
4.    Participate in the design and optimization of the company’s overall management processes, and provide technical explanations and recommendations to management based on IT expertise.
5.    Implement new IT-related business concepts proposed by management.
6.    Be responsible for the collection, confirmation, and supervision of the implementation of requirements for the company’s application systems.
7.    Execute projects assigned by superiors and complete them according to the planned schedule and budget.
8.    Be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of all company application systems, as well as communication and coordination with vendors.
9.    Provide analysis and recommendations for the optimization and upgrade of existing systems.
10.    Be responsible for driving and tracking application system project progress, as well as project risk assessment, communication, and coordination, to ensure projects are completed on time.
11.    Prepare and improve project documentation and user manuals.
12.    Control and govern risks including, but not limited to, user privacy information, account information, data security, and data integrity.
13.    Conduct feasibility analysis of new IT-related business concepts proposed by management and generate implementation reports.
14.    Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
15.    Travel may be required according to job responsibilities and departmental needs (if applicable).
