Responsibilities:

  1. In accordance with the work policies and performance evaluation mechanisms established by management, ensure effective execution and operational management. Continuously enhance service quality across customer service, environmental management, housekeeping, and tenant repair services. Coordinate and follow up on asset maintenance and safety management across the entire project to ensure a customer-first, satisfaction-driven approach is effectively implemented. Through high-quality, tenant-perceivable services, improve lease renewal rates and overall residential satisfaction, thereby supporting the achievement of project business objectives.
  1. Based on established customer and property service plans (including environmental services and engineering/maintenance), take primary responsibility for the daily operations of the customer service function. Work closely with the property/house services team to proactively lead colleagues in delivering a high-quality living experience and community activity experience. Collaborate with tenants and relevant external stakeholders to jointly create a positive and well-managed operating environment.
  2. Assist in organizing service language training, skills competitions, employee interviews, experience-sharing sessions, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing service capabilities. Continuously improve both personal and team professionalism, occupational standards, sense of achievement, and learning opportunities.
  3. Care for the project’s assets and environment as if they were your own home, and care for tenants and team members as if they were family. Promptly update service standards in response to on-site changes and adjust personal work standards as well as team professionalism standards accordingly.
  4. Complete assignments as required by management, including daily work reports, management documents, internal submissions, and external public notices.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Associate degree or above; proficiency in English or Japanese (spoken and written).
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel, high-end residential, or serviced apartment property management.
  3. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Customer-oriented, approachable, and service-minded with attention to detail.
  5. Proactive team player with strong professionalism and service awareness.
