Senior Officer

基本目标

• Support the day-to-day operations of campaign and retail brand activities, including content coordination, asset management, and performance tracking.
• Ensure smooth execution of retail brand touchpoints and campaign logistics.

工作职责（包括但不限于以下工作）

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with agencies and cross-functional teams on asset delivery, sample management, and timeline tracking.
• Support the production of campaign and retail brand assets (briefing, feedback collection, and version control).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance (engagement, sales lift, etc.) and retail brand compliance across projects.
• Support cross-project coordination – consolidate feedback from local teams, maintain project trackers, and assist in driving follow-through on action items.
• Assist in O2O implementation tasks such as asset preparation for social media, digital screens, and other O2O engagements.
• Conduct competitor and trend research to provide insights for campaign and retail brand improvements.
• Maintain the team’s documentation, including brand guidelines, SOPs, and campaign archives.
• Handle administrative tasks for agency payments, purchase orders, and vendor communications.

基本要求

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or brand support.
• Basic knowledge of content production and social media platforms (RedNote, WeChat, etc. a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
