Job Description
- Maintain and regularly update the media channels and information platforms of Riverside 66; assist in the management of NPS and digital-related platforms.
- Be responsible for e-voucher setup, redemption tracking, and performance analysis; ensure the stable daily operation of related platforms.
- Develop and execute annual and campaign-based media placement plans in accordance with group guidelines, expanding the mall’s brand influence and ensuring effective achievement of KPIs.
- Explore and develop effective media channels to ensure precise targeting; formulate, execute, and review marketing plans for different customer segments.
- Organize media events on a regular basis; build and maintain strong relationships with local media; monitor public opinion and assist in handling potential PR issues.
- Participate in the extension of mall thematic activities and the development of in-mall promotional strategies under the overall project plan.
- Coordinate with tenants to participate in promotional campaigns; support tenant operational needs and drive sales growth through marketing initiatives.
- Based on internal departmental needs, provide guidance and support for marketing and promotional planning of key brand projects, ensuring alignment with mall campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a Ministry of Education–recognized full-time institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in well-known commercial projects is preferred; basic data analysis capability is required.
- Positive, dedicated, flexible in thinking, with strong communication and coordination skills.
