Job Descriptions
- Perform general reception area duties, including answering phone calls from clients and internal customers, greeting and escorting guests and visitors
- Provide good and courteous customer services to all visitors and coordinate with the internal staff
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk and in the waiting area
- Provide guidance to front-of-house staff, including receptionists and outsourced tea ladies
- Manage meeting room bookings, maintain cleanliness, and perform facilities checks to ensure meeting rooms are properly managed
- Assist in coordination and execution of company events and staff activities, as well as seasonal festive office decorations tasks
- Assist in purchase requisition and invoice settlement through the procurement system
- Assist with administrative tasks and other clerical duties as assigned, including preparation of regular reports
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as required by the immediate manager
Requirements
- Diploma or above is preferred
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations with event organizing related experience is a must
- Candidates with customer service experience in other industries e.g. Serviced Office & Hotel will also be considered
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including both Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Committed, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, energetic, mature, positive thinking
- Good interpersonal skills, pleasant, and customer oriented
- Standard working hours: 9 hours between 08:30-18:30 on a shift roster, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break
- Work across different offices (Central and Mongkok) based on the roster and specific work requirements
- Occasional work beyond standard hours for event support is required
