  1. management services and process operational applications submitted by tenants.
  2. Follow up on daily operational support for tenants, including renovation works, relocation and handover. Maintain good communication with store managers, report incidents promptly, offer ongoing operational support, identify existing or potential breaches of regulations, conduct proper follow-up and report to supervisors in a timely manner.
  3. Cooperate with the Leasing Team. Keep track of cases where tenants fail to comply with lease agreements, and resolve issues until tenants are fully satisfied.
  4. Offer on-site first-line support to tenants in case of emergencies and coordinate with other teams to resolve problems.
  5. Handle unexpected incidents arising from tenants’ daily operations and conduct subsequent follow-ups. Escalate complex cases to supervisors immediately for support.
  6. Conduct regular tenant visits to understand and address their needs and requests.
  7. Assist supervisors in liaising with relevant government authorities to guarantee the normal supply and operation of water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, fire protection, traffic arrangement and environmental facilities on the property.
  8. Assist in receiving government officials and other guests during official inspections and business exchanges.
  9. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
