• 持有電工A牌及平安咭;
• 有10年或以上有關大廈設施相關經驗維修工作經驗優先考慮(包括水喉、冷氣及渠務維修經驗)
• 每週6天, 每天9小時工作 (包括1小時用膳時間); 需輪班 (早、中班；毋須通宵)
