Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end system development, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing (UAT, performance), deployment, and support.
• Provide hands-on support for BAU operations, including incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Oversee project planning, vendor management, and resource allocation to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Coordinate application team to ensure consistent alignment with application standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Security, Product Managers, and Infrastructure teams to maintain secure, scalable, and compliant applications.
• Drive improvements in system design, data integration, and application architecture.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance and business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in system development, project management, and vendor coordination.
• Proven experience in managing development teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven experience on system architecture design, security design and controls.
• Strong proficiency in Git, Vue.js, Node.js, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA.
• Solid background in system design, data integration, and database schema development.
