基本目標:
提供迅速、快捷、專業的客戶服務,言行符合公司核心價值觀的要求,行為規範必須符合恒隆星級客戶服務的要求
工作職責:
1. 遵守服務程式,做好日常訪客接待;
2. 電話接轉服務,及外線電話諮詢;
3. 負責接待區、會議室、茶水間的日常管理,協助做好會議室預定安排;
4. 負責快遞收發管理及對賬結算,清理及時,避免出現快遞堆積;
5. 對接商旅供應商,負責差旅費用每月對賬付款,對員工機票、酒店預定給予協助支持;
6. 入職/離職之行政支援(電話申請、門禁卡收發等);
7. 不定期更新公司內部通訊錄;
8. 港籍派駐員工探親台賬表;
9. 協助各部門完成辦公用品申請;
10. 負責部門手機話費報銷申請;
11. 負責公司早餐吧、茶水間物資的採購保管及日常發放,做好出入庫登記及盤點,做到賬實相符;
12. 上級安排的其他任務。
任職要求:
- 大專或以上學歷,行政管理類相關專業
- 1年以上相關工作經驗,良好的溝通與協調能力;
- 思維靈活,能應對各類突發狀況;
- 服務意識好,吃苦耐勞,有較強責任心。
