工作职责：
1. 社交媒体日常管理：负责本地官方社交媒体账号（如微信、微博、小红书、微信视频号等）的日常运营，从内容策划与创作到发布排期、数据跟踪及效果优化全流程管理。
2. 内容制作：管理内容生产全流程，包括策划、素材制作、数据分析与内容优化。确保内容方向符合全球指导方针，保持品牌一致性，并实现全球叙事与本地文化及消费者洞察之间的有效衔接。
3. 粉丝增长计划：制定并执行结构化的粉丝获取与内容互动方案，结合线上线下的自然增长与付费投放策略，打造真实且高粘性的用户社群。
4. 数据跟踪与分析：监测关键社交媒体KPI（互动、阅读量、粉丝数等），定期输出绩效报告，并通过数据分析识别优化空间。
5. 付费媒体策略：制定本地付费媒体投放策略，在与全球活动传播主线保持一致的同时，结合本地用户行为和平台特性进行优化调整。
6. 执行与活动管理：全面负责付费投放活动的执行与管理，包括目标受众选择、预算分配、广告创意需求沟通、视觉方案制定、投放上线及效果监测，确保活动顺利进行。
7. 竞品监测：跟踪竞争对手的付费媒体活动（广告创意、落地页、投放策略、预算强度等），提炼可执行洞察，为本地营销活动提供参考。
8. 与代理公司合作，负责季节性及长期传播项目的公关全流程管理，包括需求沟通（Brief）、内容开发、跨部门协同、上线执行及项目复盘。确保本地传播活动与整体品牌传播主线及品牌价值保持一致。
9. 内容与媒体合作执行：主导公关内容制作，包括新闻稿、媒体资料包、对外话术、常见问答及内部沟通材料等。如有需要，推进深度媒体合作及创新型共创项目，确保高质量、按时交付。
10. 监测与危机管理：负责日常公关舆情监测（品牌提及、情绪分析、热点话题等），并支持危机管理，通过提前识别风险和跟踪问题升级进行应对。
任职要求：
优先考虑市场营销、传播学、工商管理或相关专业本科学历
具备3-5年公关、传播或数字营销相关工作经验
必须具备扎实的项目管理经验
具备流利的中英文口头及书面表达能力
积极主动，注重细节，具备良好的工作态度
