崗位職責：
1. 針對高端/豪宅的進行客戶拓展與圈層拓展；
2. 完成分派的拓客與銷售指標；
3. 負責現場客戶的接待、跟進、銷售與交付服務； 
4. 負責銷售環節的買賣合同與貸款合同的簽署與回款；
5. 責銷售管道和客戶的管理；

職位要求：
1. 大專及以上學歷；
2. 3年以上武漢高端/豪宅項目銷售經驗；
3. 形象氣質，有較強的溝通能力和交際技巧，良好的服務意識； 
4. 責任心強，抗壓能力強，吃苦耐勞；
5. 熟悉房地產開發與銷售流程、客戶分析與談判、客戶拓展等；
6. 過往銷售業績突出，有豐富的客戶資源； 
7. 具有較強的客戶管理能力、團隊協作能力、執行力。
