Responsibilities

1. 针对高端/豪宅的进行客户拓展与圈层拓展；
2. 完成分派的拓客与销售指标；
3. 负责现场客户的接待、跟进、销售与交付服务；
4. 负责销售环节的买卖合同与贷款合同的签署与回款；
5. 责销售渠道和客户的管理；

Requirements

1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 3年以上武汉高端/豪宅项目销售经验；
3. 形象气质，有较强的沟通能力和交际技巧，良好的服务意识；
4. 责任心强，抗压能力强，吃苦耐劳；
5. 熟悉房地产开发与销售流程、客户分析与谈判、客户拓展等；
6. 过往销售业绩突出，有丰富的客户资源；
7. 具有较强的客户管理能力、团队协作能力、执行力。
