Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administrative duties 
  • Collaborate closely with various internal departments, pursue timely and effective communication 
  • Manage inventory level, track movement, coordinate delivery schedules, and conduct stocktake regularly 
  • Handle procurement of ad-hoc office appliances, equipment, stationery & sundries 
  • Support/backup general reception duties including greeting guests, handling incoming calls and courier service when needed 
  • Assist in coordination and execution of company events and meetings
  • Compile and submit monthly reports on usage and inventory levels
  • Support team initiatives, including sourcing vendors and conducting price comparisons 
  • Monitor and escort for non-office hour cleaning / maintenance work 
  • Ad hoc tasks as per requirement by supervisor when needed 

 

Requirements 

  • Diploma holder or above  
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sizable companies
  • Experience in hospitality industry, event supporting and outsourcing vendor management will be a definite advantage 
  • Pleasant personality and excellent guest service skills
  • Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and react promptly and tactfully 
  • Adaptable to changing needs and demands, able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines 
  • Willing to learn, good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills  
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Work across different offices based on the roster and specific work requirements  
  • Willing to work in flexi working hours (i.e. overtime, weekend, etc.)
