Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and selection process for talent programs, including mass recruitment campaigns, candidate assessments, onboarding, job rotations, and training initiatives.
- Manage and grow our employer branding presence across social media platforms; create engaging content to attract talent and highlight our company culture.
- Prepare and maintain regular HR dashboards, tracking key metrics related to young talent programs and social media to support data-driven decisions.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide end-to-end logistical support for corporate events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Monitor budgets for various HR initiatives, track expenses, manage vendor invoices, and ensure the cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Support employee engagement activities and wellness programs from initial coordination through to completion.
- Assist in maintaining program documentation and preparing high-quality materials for internal communications.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and provide reliable support for daily HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of work experience in Human Resources, relevant in supporting campus recruitment, or employer branding is preferred.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management; familiarity with basic design or content editing tools is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with data to generate insights and prepare regular dashboards and reports.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple schedules and priorities.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- A proven team player with a strong sense of responsibility, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive attitude.
