Responsibilities  

  • Lead the Billing & Receipts team to ensure timely and accurate billing and accounts receivable collections
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all billing and receipt–related matters
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures on credit control and accounts receivable
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including AR and bank reconciliations
  • Participate in accounting system enhancements and other AR‑related system integrations
  • Drive process improvements and streamline invoicing and collection procedures
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a sizable organization
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the property leasing business is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Familiarity with Oracle is highly preferred
